Massage Therapy Services

  • Swedish Massage

This is considered the most common form of massage. Swedish massage mainly relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains. Swedish massages are supposedly done to help in the flow of oxygen in the blood which results in the release of various toxins. It also helps stretch out ligaments and tendons making them more flexible and healthy.

  • Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is aimed at the deeper connective tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. Deep tissue massage is similar in movement and techniques to Swedish massage, but the pressure is generally more intense. It is a more focused type of massage, as your therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or adhesions (muscle knots).

  • Massage and Reflexology

By combining a foot reflexology treatment with a Swedish or deep tissue massage, you are maximizing your experience by receiving the benefits of your internal system (nervous system, circulatory system, lymphatic system) being stimulated through reflexology, and the release of toxins from your muscular system through massage.

  • Neuromuscular Massage

Neuromuscular massage is a specialized technique designed to release tension in muscles and connective tissue. We target trigger points to relieve pain, improve flexibility, and restore muscle function. It's ideal for chronic pain, sports injuries, or muscle imbalances.

  • Hot Stone Massage

When combined with massage, hot stone therapy can provide a more comprehensive and therapeutic experience. By placing heated stones on the body, the warmth can penetrate deep into the tissues, promoting relaxation and aiding in the release of tension.

  • Chair Massage

Chair massage is a short, 5 to 30 minute massage done through your clothes. We typically focus on key tension areas in the back, neck shoulders, arms and hands. You will sit in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair in office or at events.

  • Back Pain Therapy

Massage therapy for back pain incorporates techniques like deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to reduce muscle tension and improve circulation. It can help alleviate discomfort in the back, increase range of motion, and accelerate recovery from back injuries.

  • Cupping Therapy

Cupping can enhance the benefits of massage therapy by providing deep tissue release, improving circulation, and addressing areas of chronic tension or pain. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction that helps increase blood flow and reduce muscle tension.
